You can't. Peter doesn't release the source for his packages...
Speaking of finding things, can anyone, *ANYONE* :-) Point me in the
direction of the mystical Trumpet For Windows 1.0b (**b!**)??? I've been
looking all day... no cica, no petros, no biochem.... (as far as I can see ...)

Lee,
I chased MS for ages trying to get an answer to this. Their definitive
position is that they do not support SLIP or PPP on Windows 3.x.
However, they will admit to there being some support in Chicago
and Daytona; they will also now acknowledge that there is customer
demand for support on 3.x, but are currently making no commitments.
